This place was seeing my family rmember for anxiety a month ago however when I called to try to be seen for anxiety a rude woman told me that they only see individuals with additions not true my son who doesn't have addictions but has anxiety only they saw for three months and when I called the woman who answered the phone at 9:05 am Thursday January 16th was extremely rude my Son nor any of my family members will ever go there again!!!;

I went to this place and took documents etc. I explained to the doctor that I could not take Suboxone strips and needed Subutex instead. She refused and told me that I am at the wrong place. The reason for not taking Suboxone is because of medical reasons. I went on and accepted them and used very little of one and have been very sick all week, been to the ER twice, and still have no meds. But they claim that they want help people.LOL

Every employee makes sure that you are comfortable. Camila takes care of every detail. No matter how small. Everything realistic that you ask for, the employees will make sure you have it. They realize that for us to recover, we have to come back. If you wish to have a simple cup of coffee or hot chocolate, she makes sure we have it. If you need some one to listen to you and not judge you. She will listen. Camila is the receptionist, the process starts with her. She will go above and beyond to help you feel comfortable.

This place is by far the Best place to go for outpatient care. Even a director at Bradford told me to go here instead of Bradford. Dr. Friede is amazing and is the only doctor I have ever seen that actually cares. I can't say enough good things about him. I wish more people knew about this place because it is By far the Best place to go in Birmingham
