This trip consisted of a 2 and half-hour drive one way and waiting for another 1 hour and fifteen minutes to not be seen due to the fact that we (the patient) had not obtained a referral from our primary care physician, who was not the referring physician. Please put the patient on the payroll if we have to do your job. I was told that it was our responsibility to obtain this referral. I replied to "Melissa the Administrator" that the text that was received the night before the visit had the information of where to go and what your cost would be, at that time a flag would have been raised that the patient needs a prior referral from the primary doctor. And "Melissa the Administrator" informed me that is not how we scheduled appointments. Apparently, you do! I did call that primary office to get that referral sent over, and after waiting over an hour in a hot, overcrowded waiting room we left my husband still in excruciating pain.

This was my first visit to Dr. Paul Clark today. I have never had a dr. to explain my problem and treatment as well as Dr. Clark. I am more than impressed with his knowledge and bed side manner. He was highly recommended by my primary care physician and I now see why.

Visit was for consultation and 2nd opinion. Much more informative than previous neurology clinic I went too. My treatment did not include neck surgery, thank God, as previous clinic determined.

Great neurosurgeon! Thankful for the relief from years of back pain. Dr. Clark knew I would benefit from the surgery. He took his time and answered all my questions!

Dr. Clark took the time to show us my MRI imaging and pointed out areas of greatest concern. He answered all of our questions and explained next steps.
