Robert Agee's Online Review Report Card

Staff is horrible and I understand why they act the way they do the space is rented and Dr Agee is stuck with an unprofessional staff made a call today on 10/11 the receptionist hung up when I asked for the fax number but she answered the phone hello like she was at home very unprofessional 🤣I thought I called his living room called on 11/8 same attitude faxed information over for my medical records for FMLA so he decided not to fill my papers out because I was under the impression I was still a patient but when I let him know of the things his staff was doing his response was I don’t know anything about that well what person are going to tell you I hung up on a patient or I had an attitude with a patient it a come around again so now I have clarification that he refused to fill out paperwork because he didn’t like my review well if the staff didn’t have the attitude they had I wouldn’t have nothing to say I would call and that lady would put me on hold for no reason and come back and say oh I forgot you were on the line this was before any reviews

Great experience today in Dr Agee’s office. He was thorough and knowledgeable; he and the whole staff were friendly also.

Dr. Agee is the absolute best. He is so friendly and personable. Extremely knowledgeable yet takes the time to break down your diagnosis in manner you can comprehend. He and his staff are very professional and comforting. I’m also amazed at the level of communication/ correspondence I’ve had with his office. They call and follow up with you to make sure everything is going well. 10/10. I highly recommend!!

Prompt professional services on numerous occasions.

This Doctor took care of my feet problems and brought me the relief I was seeking. He did not give up on me. He believed my complaints of pain in my feet. I am amazed at how he systematically determined the problems from the objective and subjective information, explained it to me and quickly began a Plan of Treatment that eradicated my feet problems and brought me substantial pain relief. No other physician that I had seen for this problem had been able to accomplish what Dr. Robert Agee, Jr did in a matter of a few months. He is diligent, well trained and conveys the confidence and determination of "we're going to take care of or cure the problem". I am thrilled about the better than best and excellent care I have received!!! It has changed my outlook on life because my feet are not hurting me when I walk. Doctor Agee and his staff are simply amazing. I walked in his office in alot of pain with life changing unexplained symptoms. Dr. Agee is patient, kind, knowledgeable and he really demonstrates what patient care should look like. Dr. Agee mannerism and eagerness to see me get back healthy was his focus. Today, I feel so much better I can enjoy my family. I went through alot of therapy but it was worth it. Everyday I'm improving, to God be the Glory. Thank you Dr. Agee! You are God's amazing gift from above.

On the first visit, I waited more than an hour just to be my seen. I was given a brace to correct my issue, with little instruction. During my follow-up I was instructed to get an MRI, this took over a week for the office to send info in. The MRI showed a tear, and Dr. Agee told me he would let me know the next step. After a week, I called him and he forgot to inform me that I need surgery. It took another few days for them to send my info to the surgeon. I would never recommend this office!!!

Very customer service oriented. Dr. Agee takes time to listen to your issues and respond appropriately.
