Everyone was kind from arrival to check out. I appreciate when someone looks at me when they speak and everyone did that when appropriate. Dr. Loudon and his PA Erin have sent time listening to my concerns. They have reviewed test and explained those to me as well. They gave me all my options. I appreciate the time they took and made me feel important.

Great staff. Dr. Loudon was extremely professional and communicated well. The nurse was very nice. As well as the discharge nurse. She explained very well everything that was coming up, or going out.
