Dr. Valderrama is absolutely wonderful. He genuinely cares about his patients and is an excellent listener. He never rushes through a patient exam/appointment. Not only does he have an excellent bedside manner, but he is also a wonderful clinician. A few years ago or so, I had been dealing with a particular set of symptoms, and when I finally brought them up to Dr. Valderrama, he immediately had an idea of what the diagnosis might be. So he ordered a test for me at the hospital and some medication that should help in the meantime. And when I got the results back from him, it turned out that Dr. Valderrama was right on the money straight out of the gate. And I have to say that almost never happens with me!!! He’s just awesome, a kind, caring, knowledgeable professional. I’m so happy to have him on my team taking care of me. And I also have to say that everyone I’ve interacted with in his office is also very kind and professional as well. From reception to nursing staff to the lab techs, they’ve always been really nice, helpful and knowledgeable. And the lab techs are really great at getting a blood draw. If you have to have frequent blood work done, you know just how important it is to have someone who can get it done quickly without having to stick you 5-10 times. Of course, I exaggerate for effect, but just a little. In short, no one wants to be a pin cushion.

Dr. Valderrama is always very knowledgeable and has my recent lab work to decide my prescription strength. He asks questions about my overall health and works with me to keep me healthy.
