This office has some work to improve on. The dentist runs the show and the staff has little heads up. This office suffers from poor bedside manner, poor communication skills. He's talented, but everything else spoils his skill. Due to the lack of professionalism, my wallet got banged up. When I address the issue, he rejected me as a patient, without acknowledging my concerns.

Very unprofessional. Doesn't tell his clients what's being performed untill patients are in the chair. Caused my wife to have a panic attack and then proceeded to turn around and told us and find a different dentist. Very rude and inconsiderate. Find a different practice. One that isn't a teaching clinic. If I could give no stars I would.

Thought this place was good, but not really. The only one that knows what's going on is the dentist, so if you ask questions they don't know until he says. I didn't want an added bill, like they've done to me before. Also wish I would've known that this is a learning clinic. Everyone in the office is afraid of this dentist. No wonder the only people that care that work here usually find better jobs elsewhere. They only nice people that were there are now gone. Funny how the ones that left were the only ones that were comunicative.

Who likes a needle in their gum? Who can stand the vibration of a tooth being polished or worse drilled? Not me that’s for sure, but I tell you while your laying in the dentist chair head lower than your heels, Doc Shiver and his tech has a close eye on you and in reality the discomfort is really in your mind. They make it almost, almost painless. And the ladies from check-in to check-out are just great people. They seem like a close nit family and make you fill the same way.
