I wouldn’t recommend taking your dog to him. My dad WALKED in for a simple laminectomy and left out a paraplegic from his chest down. Post-op we were given little to no understanding or guidance moving forward!!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

I wouldn't recommend taking your dog to him. A simple procedure could cost you your life. My dad WALKED in for a simple laminectomy and left out a paraplegic from his chest down. Dr. Bowen has performed both of my back fusions and I felt completely safe and had confidence in his work. No problems from either surgery. I would like to compliment his staff, especially Dana for going out of her way to communicate with another doctor's office for an additional injury. She takes care in performing her duties and I am grateful!

What a great Doctor I first meet Dr.Bowen a few years ago when my wife had taken me to ER because I had a rupture disk and came to the and said he could help me at that time I had not been able to walk in two weeks he was very nice to me and family. Even after the surgery to my back his staff checked on me to make sure things were going well. I thank Dr. Bowen and staff for all they have done to help me get better thank you God bless you and staff 🙏.

Dr Bowen is a wonderful doctor, very caring and answers any and all questions asked. He performed my surgery and I have had no problems or complaints since. Dr Bowen has a great beside manner, wonderful personality. He and his staff are wonderful!

This doctor is a very bad doctor he told me and my wife I didnt need upper back or neck surgery pain level 10 mri reports showed all bad bulging dics and misalignment in upper back and neck sent me to doctor nesbitt who felt sorry for me he gave me 3 epidurals and then 8 nerve ablations he told me it was a miracle i could even walk now seeing a real neurosugeon but doesnt work for saint vincent birmingham who is going to do upper back and neck surgery
