She is NOT vaccinated and asked me and my husband to remove our masks. I've always liked her, but we have a lot of health problems. She didn't respect me enough to at least tell me, I won't ever go there again.

I’ve been looking at which Eyecare to go to in Birmingham and I saw Valleydale had the better reviews so I tried it out. They have the nicest staff! They were all so welcoming. I met Dr. Kirk in the waiting room as she welcomed me and told me it wouldn’t be long before someone came to do my exam. I had no idea she was the Dr. herself. The entire staff were so nice to talk to. Dr. Kirk herself was the nicest human I have ever met. You couldn’t make her have a bad day. You can tell she loves what she does and cares for her patients. Really made my day being there!

Dr was fantastic, although staff told me they had 50%off on frames didn’t get it then said only for cash customers, what ? Anyway glasses are good just picked up. Issues with tenting wanted little darker said would be another 2wks for that, what ?

Dr. Kirk and her staff are amazing! You all made me feel welcomed and everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Kirk was thorough with my exam and explained everything to me and answered any questions I had with a smile. Susan was superb in assisting me in picking the perfect frames. I have found my permanent eyecare team.
