I have never heard of the people or knew they existed. I’ve never received services from them and I’m being contacted saying I owe them money for services. This place is sketchy. If they continue I will hire a lawyer. I am not playing around.

I have never used this company nor had I ever heard of them before I checked my credit score. They put a bill in collections that I literally never received and had zero contact from them. I have been disputing it for years with no action. Next time step is hiring a lawyer.

Don't know what their problem is. I paid my bill and I'm still getting harassed by st Vincent's about paying and its going on months. Not sure who lost my money but no one else is getting another dime out of me, so that's between them and God. I will make sure to confirm what company my medical practitioner is with going forward so I know to avoid this company in the future.

I received A call from a collection agency in Bessemer Alabama saying that I owe this location $200. A Bill I never received. I contacted this place And they’re pretty much saying I should be getting a bill any day now honestly what the operator said made no sense.

These people are incompetent. And the "debt collectors" they sold my fake debt to are suspicious and sketchy at best. I paid my bill at the hospital and I have a receipt showing a balance do of $0. Three months later I was sent not one but five collection notices each for $40 something dollars..

Excellent experience! I was at the E.R. at St. Vincents and their guy came in and took two quick shots of my lower leg. Piece of cake. He was very pleasant and professional. When I got the bill, I was shocked. It was only 40 bucks! 5 stars, indeed!

Paid my bill online but needed an itemized receipt to file for reimbursement. Called 3 times and they kept telling me it will take 24 hours for the emailed receipt. It's been 2 weeks since the first call and 4 days since the last call and still no receipt. I made the rep verify my email address on each call and they seemed put-out by my request. Currently on-hold (10+ minutes) for call #4. I know if you have a test at a hospital you can't always choose your radiologist but if you have the choice look for another Group.

They turned my account over to a collection agency even though they never filed with my insurance company or sent me a bill first. These people are incompetent.

Very rude experience. Agent didn't want help!! Hung up in my face because she didn't want to answer my questions but wanted to keep asking personal questions.

Sent me a bill for a service they didn't file with my BCBS. Spoke with the BCBS rep and she tells me the service is covered at 100%, but a claim would need to be filed. These people are trying to rip off their patients and not file insurance!
