Great experience! Their online scheduling is easy to use, and I loved being able to complete all the documentation ahead of time. The doctor and staff were amazing and really made my daughter feel comfortable and taken care of! Best urgent care experience my family has ever had!

This company abruptly closed in New Orleans. They have many outstanding payments to multiple businesses and have gone MIA. 5/5 do not recommend this company.

This is an extremely unprofessionally run company. There are so many stories about how they have treated employees in Louisiana, abruptly closed, squeeze vendors and have outstanding payments. I would not trust my children's care to a company that cannot act with more professionalism towards its employees and vendors. 5/5 do not recommend this company.

2nd time visiting this clinic. Had a difficult time with online paperwork this visit. The online system wanted to save my other childs information so I could not reserve appt slot. I called office and the clerk informed me she could enter my information or reserve a slot for us. She suggested I edit the phone number and it would work. It did work, but how inconvenient that she could not simply enter our request. We were driving from out of town and needed to leave as soon as possible to get there before they closed. The medical care was sufficient. The NP ordered meds to help our child based on a quick assessment. Our child was wheezing and instead of stating she was wheezing she stated that she had asthma. This diagnosis cannot be made after one assessment so was not super impressed with this statement. But the overall care, compassion and medications ordered matched what our daughter needed to get well. We would return - thank you for helping us.

Besides my kid’s pediatrician I HIGHLY recommend children’s urgent care to anyone who needs a doctor after hours. Or for urgent needs. They are so responsive and great when it comes to diagnoses and are gentle and caring when it comes to their patients.

The nurse and nurse practitioner were both lovely after they had clearly had a long day. The Solv app is great to watch the wait list while you wait in the car or outside.

Love this place! The only Dr my daughter has ever liked is here. He actually made her laugh & she was comfy talking to him. That is huge since she is a nervous wreck at Dr office. Was a fast experience, which I did do paperwork & etc online. I don't know if that makes a difference or not but either way, was a pleasant & quick experience. I highly recommend!
