Dude answer the phone. Get lost, look for place you can’t find, call and listen to robot talk for an hour, no answer….then start all over again. This is like the quest to find the holy grail.

I went there today; their service was great! I went there ahead of my appointment, and I did not have to wait. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Many thanks to Lagerta the lab tech that processed my lab order. She was courteous, super nice, and I did not feel the needle penetrating my vein. As far as directions, google maps led me there without any trouble.

Arrived and the office was closed. Had tried calling before arrival and couldn't get through. Their automated phone system said they were open and there were no notifications on their website stating they would be closed.

Finding this location was literally like being in a scavenger hunt. It took 20 mins to find the admissions area, which is where they provided me with a word document that included directions. The directions were so vague: “make a right at the surgical center” as if you will know which area is the surgical center. I was able to find a nice doctor who walked me to the location—next issue—after my blood is drawn I have to find my car in the parking garage. Who the heck knows where that is after I’ve walked through this whole place. I would pick another location unless you are looking to add a few steps to your day and possibly lose some weight. Lol

Terrible experience here. Took off work twice to get a screening neither time were they able to. First attempt I was told they had no water? Second I checked in at 305 instead of 3 thus they couldn’t test me. However, they didn’t mind letting me wait in the waiting room 25 mins before telling me. (Also note paid parking after 30mins). Either experience could have been aided by a pleasant staff; however, no such luck.
