I’m hesitant to leave a review because I’m certain my experience was atypical. My surgeon and his team were wonderful. Dr. Haynes was my post operative physician. My recovery was earmarked for 3 days. However, on discharge day I was in excruciating pain and didn’t feel that my pain had been addressed. The Rx prescribed for “break through” pain made me itch, so the nurse withdrew it and refused to administer even when requested. Another physician saw me on day 2 and I asked if he could resume the pain IV Rx and add Benadryl, which he did. Day 3 I’m in excruciating pain because the nurse determined that I was being discharged and didn’t plentiful to reduce my pain and ask if I can have another IV Rx pain treatment I was told no by the nurse and demanded to see the physician. Needless to say emotions escalated, my family had to come and advocate for my quality of care and in the end I was kept another day and given the proper pain management care.

Dr.s Zeiger and Haynes were great and did a great job on my nech , triple discectomy, I had complecations and they got me back in and did surgery a 2nd time, very thoughtful and wonderful Surgeons

Had a great treatment plan with Dr. Evan Zeiger - a wonderful surgeon. However, his associate, Dr. Haynes was a complete opposite. He was uncaring and short tempered during my postoperative hospital care. The two appts I had with him in the office -- he was over an hour late both times and then rushed through my questions because he was in such a hurry to go wherever it was he wanted to go. Cannot recommend him
