Dr. Truss is an athlete and understands how different supplements affect the system. Very easy to talk with and makes good suggestions based on personal situations.

I saw 3 docs over 5 years that weren’t able to identify and treat source of my problems. Dr. Truss was able to identify and put me on a treatment plan after our first consult and colonoscopy.

The lady named Dylan was so very kind to me. She listened to me and my concerns and got me in super quick. Your texting system is awesome. Sherri in scheduling is a rock star. Always so very very nice and is always so helpful. These two employees in my opinion need to be compensated for their excellent customer service. There was a young man who checked me in sorry I didn’t get his name but he was so friendly and Uber polite and helpful. I love Dr Truss and Erin is amazing. I was worried when Dr. Denton left that the quality of service would decline but I was wrong it was elevated. I love you all thank you so much for taking such good care of me.

Love the prompt after visit communication. If I have questions, I get answers back quickly through the Healow App/email link.

Dr. Truss is a great doctor but his attitude needs adjusting. He believes lies from his staff made about me. Screamed at me for the last time. I will not be going back to him again. If he would have just talked too me about it instead of screaming at me. Gossip is a deadly sin.
