Dr. Clifton went above and beyond for me during a recent illness. Dr. Clifton, her nurse practitioners and entire staff are caring, kind and treat you like family. Our community is lucky to have such a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor to serve our area. My family and I are very thankful for her and everyone in her office.
I have been using Dr.Clifton for a very long time. Her Nurse Practioner, Amy Groves I the BEST! They are both so understanding and breaks down your symptoms to diagnose what is wrong with you!! I love them both!!
They got assigned as my primary care dr from tricare the next closest one is in Huntsville every time I call they have bad customer service on the phone. Dr Clifton herself is very nice
Love her. She is great.
Great practice, Dr. Clifton is extremely attentive, listens to one's concerns and discusses a patients' health in general, not simply one concern each visit. Most diagnostics are on site and appointment times are prompt every time I go there.
I've never knew or seen a Dr as passionate and caring as Dr Clifton. She goes above and beyond for her patient's. And she has a very friendly and caring staff.
My family and I love Dr. Clifton and will follow her to the ends of the earth. I trust only her with my medical care and she has never let me down. She listens.
Staff is Always friendly and very helpful.
First time I went there and of course I see the nurse pratichnor (Sorry bad spelling) and she wasn't listen to what I was having problems with plus she rushed me out cos it was lunch time for the staff WHATEVER!! NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
My family and I have been using Dr. Clifton for several years. She is an amazing doctor and person. She is always professional and caring. Her entire team is professional, understanding, and kind. Amy her nurse practitioner was a great asset to her team. Also, if you need hospice care I highly recommend Comfort Care out of Scottsboro. I recently lost my dad and we chose this team for his care. The hospice program is overseen by Dr. Clifton. I cannot sing their praises loud enough. The entire team was genuinely caring and concerned during this difficult time. They were all just a phone call away in the darkest hours as we needed them. I highly recommend Clifton Care and Comfort Care of Scottsboro!
I drive from North Gadsden gladly to see her, she's very thoughtful and sincere.
If you lucky enough to see Dr Clifton, she is a brilliant doctor. The ding-a-ling nurse she has in her office to see patients as a physician is another story. Don't waste your time unless you have the common cold. She spoke to me like she was talking to a baby. Using her hands to make gestures as if I couldn't understand what she was saying. Interrupted me mid thought. She is not going to hear what you have to say. The conversation is over when she draws her conclusion. Dr Clifton, not at all like that.
My husband had been a patient of Dr. Clifton for 5yrs. He went in for regular appointment to get a refill on his medications, which she prescribed him several years back that he has been on regularly. He did not get to see Dr. Clifton instead he had to see her sorry excuse of a nurse practitioner. She talked at him instead of questions and response dialog between patient and doctor. Then told him he could not have his refill without blood test, consent to speak with other medical doctors etc. She also told him that he needed to make an appointment prior to running out of any RX. He had told her with his work schedule it's difficult to set up appointments and that the front desk had told him that he no longer could walk-in. She proceeded to tell him that was false and that he was welcome to walk in. As we made our way out, still without the refill of medications, the office manager comes to us noticing that we are upset and tells us that Dr. Clifton can't talk to us about this and that it's best, if we are not happy, to find another doctor. She also stated that the nurse practitioner was wrong, they do not take any walk ins anymore. So for anyone out there looking for a good, caring, dependable doctor, this is not the place.
Best doctor in town, friendly staff
Good Dr and staff
Not sure about her office. I was a patient and call there to get a appoiment. Got told she moved. Called there they said she can't see me because she don't take my insurance no more so I left in cold for a dr Not truly understanding why no call telling me this. What if I had needed her. Not good for a dr even my insurance lady called her they said they no longer take this insurance. I was the last to know this
Dr. Clifton has managed to preserve something few doctors in our day and age can boast, a sincerely caring doctor/patient relationship. Our family will only go to her for their care.
She is the best doctor I have ever seen. She listens and is the smartest doctor I have ever seen.
She listens to me and I have seen her help people even when she is not working.
Dr. Clifton is like no other doctor. I trust her with the lives of my children. She has saved my husbands life and my grandson's life. I have seen her run through the hospital at Boaz while she was pregnant with twins and it had to hurt but she put her patients first. I have seen her stop and help people and never even tell them her name.
