Awful place very understaffed don't give showers don't give patients the meds that very well could have killed them gave a patient the wrong medicine to come home my mother will never be here 🙄😒

Took me two weeks to get a human being on the phone only to be told that this location only offers memory care to women. Their website is terrible, it just gives generic information and implies that all locations have the services listed but they don't. I submitted a request through the online contact form and no one ever contacted me, I had to call 5-10 times over two weeks to get anyone.

My husband has been there since yesterday and he said the food is cold when he gets it and when he tells them they offer to bring him a grilled cheese but he never gets it. The staff doesn't care about the patients and he said he is about to have a nervous breakdown and asked for something to help him but hasn't gotten anything yet. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I really love this place with such caring staff. They go out of their way to fulfill the needs of patients and always keep them busy with activities. I would definitely stay here myself because they will cheer you up.

I love this place it feels like home. They take real good care of mom. All the staff are great to her. They really care.

They treat my mom well. They give her a shower every other day, they clean her room every day, they make sure she is clean. She is nominated for the queen of nursing home. They fix her any thing she wants to eat, if she wants something different to eat. Mom loves it there. She has met a lot of friends, and high school friends that she went to school with. I highly recommend your love ones to stay there. Good country friends and employees. Mom is 85 years old.

Awful staff, Do not check the residents lights in time. Some staff members show they Do not care about their patients. Nurses are rude. Management does not care about workers.

They're not dependable to wait on your love ones. It takes them forever to get to the room. Don't give showers just bed baths. And it smells in the facility.
