Avoid this clinic. I put application in October 2022. The billboard stated they were looking for new patients. So me & my husband applied. The office it could up to two weeks to know about our application. No problem but nothing has happened. Now it is nearly 6 months no call or anything from this office. However stated more than one star must be employees family not the general public. I am state employee and have good insurance and decide to call today. This office just plays phone tag saying receptionist will call you back but never does. Today I am sick and been denied service from this office. The staff interactions have been rude employees. These employees no care about their patients. Avoid this place if possible. I would avoid this business unless you are desperate. This has been worst experience dealing with this medical clinic. I would give this clinic negative stars if I could. I do not recommend this office for medical needs. Stay away.

Dr. Go is excellent but his office staff is terrible. If you need something don't expect to get it unless you go stand in the office and wait because the front desk does not answer the phone and if she does she does not give messages to the nurse or Dr.

Wonderful experience. The person at the front Miguel was extremely helpful, even when I was distracted by an important phone call. Wish all offices were as understanding as Miguel. Dr Go takes time and listens carefully and never feels rushed

Better hope you don't need a PA for your medication. You'll be going thru withdrawls before it's done correctly. Just saying...

He is the rudest Dr I've ever meet..the staff were very nice and the other Dr's are amazing but not him..he tried to say I was selling my meds when I wasn't I needed them then tried to say the paper I brought was fake from the ER I said well call them he said no then kicked me out then black balled me he has done this to alot of people..

I was dropped as a patent for no reason in pain management. I know I didn’t fail any drug tests Bc I would know had I been doing any drugs, I was never an addict, put on zubsolv for pain management, for almost 5 years then suddenly dropped after getting my last prescription the other day!

I like Dr. Go. But no one answers the phone. I leave messages on FB messenger as well because their recording says to. No reply for two days. I understand they are busy, but this is so unprofessional. Dr. Go, please straighten this out.

Everyone is super nice..the doctor talks to you and spends time to figure out what you need..I am very pleased to be his patient .the office is unbelievable and smiles all thruout..he is very thorough and polite. Would recommend him to anyone
