The assistant is very rude. I know they are busy with Covid. No excuse to have an attitude when returning calls to patients. The NP was very nice. I have used them numerous times. Never ever had a problem, until today.  Never return a call with an attitude. Don't talk to people if you have no better bed side manor than this chick. I'm a nurse deal with people all day. Never have I or will I talk to patients the way she did.   good thing I have Jesus and I'm sick.  she needs an adjustment!

I feel for the nurses that have to deal with patients now. The staff on Saturday were great! Very compassionate.

The staff was very friendly and professional. I love how they make you feel at home most places when you’re coming in to get tested be treating you like you’re apart of the zombie apocalypse, but not here! I will always send more people their way when needed🤗

waiting times are very long. even when not busy. covid-19 tests require medical insurance and $125 fees not negotiable. I highly recommend anywhere else for covid tests.

My son fell yesterday and messed his chin up pretty bad and upon entering main street urgent care we were told since they closed in 6 minutes they couldnt help. The doctor was rude about it. I thought that if it was an emergency no matter what time they closed they were supposed to help. But evidently hes just in it for money instead of actually helping people. Sorriest service ever.

Been up here waiting for 4 hours now and there is only 2 other people in the parking lot so why is it taking so long to get seen...id be better off going to the ER at least id get seen faster and get out

I was very sick on October 30th. They were not seeing patients because their internet was down! Today, I gave them another chance and the receptionist shoved a paper at me to go register on-line. My phone doesn't work well. I wish another company would buy this place out so we could receive care! It's ashame. This used to be an efficient place with good staff.

My Husband tested Positive for Covid and the next day my daughter and I became sick. We drove 40 minutes to this walk-in clinic to get the rapid test only to find out they’ve “reached their limit for testing today.” So does this mean the PANDEMIC is over?? Or is it not as bad as we’ve been told? I guess I can just go about my daily routine. If there’s a limit for how many people can be tested, it must not be such a big deal after all. Thanks for clearing it up!
