The military on site assisting this pop up station were amazing and professional. The nurses and staff were very diligent and kind. Aside from the wait outside on a cold day. This site was great for no appointment or referral necessary. They give you detailed instructions on how to retrieve your results. Logging into their portal, downloading the app, or via text. Your pcr results will get back to you within 5 days.

The dedication of the employees during the Covid crisis is amazing. They did their best to welcome the public and provide testing while making sure everybody would respect the safe distancing. The patience and respect they offer to all patients is great. Public health at its best!

Incredible that we have been waiting for weeks to see our baby because they have changed my girlfriend's gynecology appointment twice and today we finally have the appointment and we could not see the baby. On the other hand, they don't let me in with her being an essential employee and having all the necessary concerns. They are the only ones still doing this because in many other places they already leave a companion and she is still 17 years old.

Takes forever to see the doctor even after making an appointment. If need to see the doctor forget about all your other plans for the day.

Optimus Health services are wonderful. My experiences with them has been exceptional good. The staff are professional with providing good quality services in helping you with your needs.

The service is horrible I called it took over 15 mins just to reach a live person I would not recommend to anyone but my doctor is great

The staff and Doctors are not helpful at all. You leave a message with the staff, the staff "sends it" to the Doctor but no one ever calls you back . You wait hours/days for a response. This has happened on multiple occasions, disappointed.
