List of Aultman Carrollton's Reviews
I absolutely love Stephanie Lovett. She is the best and she actually cares about her patients. I've been going there for 8 year's now and haven't had any problems. Best care ever ❤ now I don't know about any other doctors or nurse Practitioner in there, cause I only see Lovett. I high recommend Stephanie Lovett.
THEY ARE CLOSED AS OF 01/01/2019.
Service is pretty fast
Good
Always in and out quickly at the immediate care, friendly staff, great doctors!
I brought my 11 month old in for a ear infection. She had a fever, was grumpy, wasn't eating or sleeping. Would wake up screaming and was pulling at her ears. The Male doctor said both ears looked good. Pink. I live out of state so I brought her home and took her to her doctor and she has a double ear infection. She says her one ear is horrible. She is not sure how he could of even seen her ear drum because she had to remove wax to see it. The doctor was short with us and made me feel like it was nothing. Looking back my sister reminded me she has taken her daughter there for a ear infection the doctor said the same thing and she ended up she had a burst ear drum. I have never written a bad review but I felt parents need to beware that this facility is apparently not for children. Especially since our visit I have read past post on how other children were treated poorly.
Always got in and out quickly and had good doctors but now unfortunately they no longer have the immediate care.
I took my three-year-old son there December 11th at 9 or 10 when he woke up. I took him to the immediate care because that night he ran a fever of a hundred and one point eight and puked 4 times. I told them this and they didn't do any testing on him at all and wrote it to be the rhinovirus. The very next morning I will come up from his nap to check on him and he had a fever of a hundred and four. I took him straight to the emergency room and they had diagnosed him with pneumonia in the right lung. My gut instinct told me he didn't just have a cold and I wish they would have taken more steps to figure out what my son had since he's only 3.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. Take the extra time and go to the hospital or aultman north or west. My husband went in on a Friday morning in pain, and a high fever. The Dr. touched the area of pain and it made my husband throw up. The Dr gave him a prescription for antibiotics and an order for an ultrasound. My husband asked if he should go right away and the Dr said yes. He went to aultman North and they said he couldn't get it done there then. That he would have to call scheduling. I called scheduling about 2:30 Friday and they couldn't make the appt because the Dr did not fill out the order completely with a diagnosis. They said to call Carrollton back and have them make a new one/call them to make the appt. So I called Carrollton and they said they couldn't make the appt. I told them they needed a corrected order. They called back 2-3 hours later and still hadn't done anything. had to explain to them again. They said if it got worse then to go to the ER. Saturday by 12:30 I still hadn't heard from them. I called in to see if they fixed the issue and made an appt. they said they were Too Busy. They would have to wait til Monday to Fax in the form to schedule. But if it gets worse, to go to Er. Monday at 4, still didn't hear anything. Called Carrollton and was on hold for nearly 20 minutes. They said the nurse was busy but would call back. I called scheduling to see if they recieved anything , they said no, but once they get the order corrected that carrollton could call and schedule. I called back, spoke with the nurse, And he had not faxed anything in. He said that he told us Saturday, with the Dr standing next to him, that we should go to the ER. No, he said he was too busy friday and would take care of it monday, and if it got worse to go to the ER. He said he couldnt take care of today because that Dr wasn't there today. And Im like, well, he was there Friday and Saturday and he still didn't do anything. If He hadn't Failed to write the order correctly the first time we wouldn't be going through this.
A lot easier to get test done then going to the hospital

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
