I recently moved here from Charlotte and was in need of a Retina specialist. Dr Chen was referred to me and I have never been more pleased. In Charlotte I was diagnosed with Macular Degeneration back in 2013. As a result I needed regular eye injections. Dr Chen diagnosis indicated I had early symptoms, however not the disease. I now no longer get the injections and go regularly each quarter for observation. Dr Chen is the BEST!!

I was very pleased when I visited Dr. Chen’s office and was given generous amounts of attention from the doctor. Overall the office was clean, and the staff was pleasant and helpful.

poor front desk courtesy...not up to par. The rest was fine, but who wants to be bothered with unfriendly. ...Cast a dull pallor on the whole office. This is not a morgue and we are just looking for glasses people!

Dr. Chen and entire staff very nice, friendly and professional. Dr. Chen will take as much as time you need during the visit. He listens concerns and will explains every thing in plain simple English which any layman can understands. He is very friendly good surgeon. Did an excellent job on removing my cataract.

Dr. Chen and his staff was very nice and professional. The office staff speaks many different languages not just English and Spanish but also Mandarin, Cantonese, and Vietnamese. Very impressive! I noticed the staff tend to take the time to help non-English speaking and elderly patients. That is always a very good thing to see. My overall experience was very good. Good to see really caring health professionals.
