My first experience went really well. All staff were professional and friendly. The nurse practitioner spent a good bit of time with me and explained her diagnosis and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this facility.

The staff was good but they did the wrong COVID test which cost me a lot of money and wasted 2 days of my vacation time becausethe carrier would not accept the test results. I specifically told them I needed the RT-PCR test so I could travel but they did the antigen test which was not accepted by the airline.

Went there at 5:30 for a covid test, since the information on their website says no appointment needed. I was told you had to register online, and they were not doing anymore testing tonight. Okay, change your information online!!

Checked my son in this morning at 930 because he was sick. We waited over 2 hours in the car before I called to try to cancel his check in so I could take him else where just for them to hang up on me twice. Nothing URGENT about this place, it should be renamed.....

I checked in at 4 and then didn't get seen for 2 hours I go in there for them to tell me I can only be seen for only one thing I needed to get checked for a couple of things that was bothering with me so I picked my eye . I waited 2 hours for them to tell me I have a virus and prescribed me with Zofran but didn't check my stomach or the ear infection that I have . How do you no if you can't exam me for them symptoms because you can't do your job now I don't have the proper medication to get better.

Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at an urgent care. Took care of me quickly, gave me meds for my migraine, and even sent me home with something in case it came back!!
