The first woman I talked to was sorude, Stefanie, I believe. I was put on hold and we were disconnected. I called back and got the most pleasant lady, Lynne. I thanked her for helping me and told her about the other secretary. She apologized and assured me this wasn’t normal behavior. Lynnes got the most pleasant voice. Went for my appointment today in hopes to meet her but she wasn’t there. The entire staff was nice, Dr Perkins was great. The staff mirrored Lynne’s demeanor. Highly recommend!!!
