This office manager is the rudest person in customer service that I have ever come into contact with. So incredibly rude and unhelpful. If this is how she treats all new patients, I am incredulous that they have any business at all. Will be notifying the insurance company as well. This is not a good place for new people coming into the office.

Dr. Jani is our family doctor. We have gone to him for years. His philosophy seems to be preventing disease so that you don’t have to treat disease, thus the need for bloodwork. He is intuitive in his diagnosis, but will refer you to a specialist, who in our experience always confirmed his diagnosis. Spends as much time as needed explaining things to his patients. I could go on and on. Don’t know what we’ll do if he ever retires. P.S. - he saved my mother’s life by getting her to the best doctors at UAB when she had been told she had 2 months to live. That was in 2002. We still have her in 2019.

I transferred to Dr. Jani after I moved from another area. His front staff are welcoming and friendly and his nurse are efficient and nice. Dr. Jani is very thorough and informative. I can always get an appt when I need one.

The best physician I have ever been treated by, Dr. Jain is like a member of our family. The old saying goes"you can't choose your family, but can choose your friends", can't say better his is a fire d and family.

Dr Jani has been my Mom and Dad's primary doc through many tradjedies. I respect him & his decisions. He familiarizes himself with his patients & can jump in & know exactly where to pick up. There are more important things than bedside manner. He tells it like it is. I respect that. Patients hardly benefit from what they want to hear. It's the hard truth that forces life changes to be made. Dr Jani & Dr Carsolen have my greatest respect! I could not thank them enough for the care of my parents:)

Very poor bedside manners, does not listen to patients symptons, told him at several appointments my knock was hurting after accident. Finally received a referral. Went to a orthopedic surgeon and had two bulging discs, had an epideral and feel great. Couldn't move my knock for over two months because of Dr. Jani refusing to except I had pain in my kneck.this just one incident, looking for new Dr. Do Not see this Dr. I am in hospital now due to his negligence,, that's another incident.
