He is the best! He listens to me and his staff is super nice.
Love Dr. Wood. He is an amazing Dr
I previously submitted a review on this site because I was upset that scheduling for my medical issue was not possible on Saturday morning. I do think this office should announce on their phone announcement that on Saturday morning that are not available for regular practice. My past review was biased because I was upset and I've come back to give a fair, unbiased review. This is a really good physician and a pleasant staff.
Dr. Wood is kind and professional. He makes you feel like you're his only patient and gives the highest quality care to each patient.
Dr Wood is compassionate & professional. He is thorough and makes you feel like you're his only patient, conversing attentively with each patient.
Dr. Wood is the best internal medicine doctor I have ever known (and I am a retired RN). He knows his patients personally, spends time with each one like they were his only patient, and carefully diagnosis after a thorough examination. Dr. Wood is professional and even complex cases don’t intimidate him. He can be trusted with all private matters and meticulously cares for each client. I highly recommend him to care for you or your loved one.
Good doctor, take his time with you. He is our family doctor.
I've gone to Dr. Wood for almost seven years. Today I called the office and was told the office was open from 8:00 to 11:00 on Saturday. When I got there I was then told they only treated sore throats on Saturday and if I saw Dr. Wood for any non-emergency reason I couldn't expect to receive treatment. Also when calling their office today, Saturday morning after returning home because I don't have a sore throat, I'm told the office is closed even though the automated phone message also announces they are open on Saturday morning. So I just found out that what I thought was my personal physician is only a "sore throat doctor" on Saturday.
Several years ago I was suffering from persisting pain from a gallbladder surgery. I was unable to get an appointment with Dr. Deberry and I got one with Dr. Wood instead. I picked up my phone to text my ride that I was finally seeing the doctor. He said nothing to me when he walked in and started yelling at me for being on my phone. He asked me why I was there and I told him and he yelled at me again for seeing him. He yelled at me to the point that I ran out off his office crying and I never went back to any of the doctors at Chilton Medical Associates. If you've ever been in serve pain you know having someone (a doctor none the less) yell at you is just not something you can tolerate.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
