Dr Chacon was fantastic. She helped me clear up my shingles within just 3-4 weeks. I didn't realize how painful shingles can be but now I know. Her treatment plan was very easy to follow and she knew exactly what to prescribe. She's also super nice, which is a big plus because you know some doctors don't have very good bedside manner. I didn't have to worry about that with Dr. Chacon because she has such a good attitude. I trust her completely and would recommend her to family.

Rushed visit, barely looked at me the entire time while talking to me. Lack of attention and listening. Notes afterwards were inaccurate. Not a good experience. I will be making another appointment elsewhere.

I'd leave no stars if it was possible. Her appointment was very rushed. No empathy. Quick to dismiss any concerns a patient has, which is very dangerous. My last doctor never took any chances, and removed any moles that looked even remotely like a melanoma. And mine definitely looks very suspicious. She was MUCH more interested in pushing for a $305 treatment, performed by her, to remove 2 moles. By the way, as someone who's worked with marketing companies, I'm fully aware that you can hire firms to leave 5 star reviews to compensate for bad reviews. You can also just ask friends and family.

(**Be careful with 5 star reviews on public sites, which can be written by family and friends of these Doctors.) I didn’t mind waiting for an hour yesterday, thinking she must be so late because she takes her time with her patients. I was very wrong. She rushed through my appointment in a few minutes, and dismissed my concerns as if they were ridiculous. If she had even looked at my file, she would’ve read that my grandfather died of skin cancer. Not only had I looked online for pictures of melanoma, and compared to what I have on me (matching a little too well), but TWO DOCTORS, including my primary Dr. McCoy, got concerned and told me to get them checked asap. Moles that have tripled in size these past 4 months, so: No asymmetry and that have evolved in size and color. My previous dermatologist, Dr. Glenn Zellman (moved to Arizona), NEVER took any chances with my moles. Especially given my family history. Dr.Chacon didn’t ask me ANYTHING but she did, however, push me towards a $305 cosmetic treatment to have TWO of my moles removed. The two that have me so worried, and can’t stand looking at anymore. Dr. Chacon told me there are only two types of treatments for me: Laser and burning. Anyone with access to Google can find out there aren’t just 2. In fact, Dr. Zellman used to shave mine off really fast and efficiently in a few minutes, and sent them to labs to have them checked out. I am extremely disappointed, and I will be sharing this experience in online reviews. People should NEVER be treated like this, and it’s a shame to see what’s happened to the Cleveland Clinic. I’m sure they will reply with some shameless message saying “We are sorry about your experience, we always aim to please”, etc. Words that mean nothing, especially AFTER something like this has already happened.

My daughter and I had visited her twice and she never used the mask properly. Second, my daughter reacted to one of the products she recommended, we came back and told her the story about allergies my daughter had in the past with acne products. She did not get in-depth about the ingredient causing the allergy despite we explained. She decided to change the generic product to the brand which did not make sense to me as it has more concentration of the ingredient I was concerned. She also gave us some samples that my daughter tried before buying the prescription. After using a little bit of amount my daughter reacted very badly and was sick for more than three days. I realized this sample also had the ingredient I was concern about. I don't understand how a Doctor could keep recommending the same active ingredient in more concentration when the patient has sensitive skin. Even worst how a Doctor is generous with samples without verifying if they are suitable for the patient
