He saved my life. I thought I was just feeling Ill. He found an infection that was affecting my kidney and running through my blood. If it hadnt been for him and his staff I might not be here today. Thank you Dr. Nouraldin. I could never repay you for what youve done. You will forever be in my prayers. May God bless you and your family always. Highly recommended.

I am in my 59 th year of life and I thank God Dr. Noraldin as my doctor. He takes time to listen to my concerns about my health issues and always explains to me what has to be done to achieve recovery. He is every thing a doctor should be. In my opinion he is second to none.

Dr Nouraldin is one best doctors that I have ever had and I been sick for most of my 59 years. He is very caring and most importantly takes time to explain and answer any and all questions that I might have about any of my conditions. He just a wonderful Doctor and his staff is second to none. I am proud to be his patient. I am blessed to be under the care of a truly kind compassionate and professional doctor as him.

I was referred for a chronic wound and was met with hostility by his staff and indifference on each of three visits. Multiple conditions afflict me on record these were ignored regarded to irrelevant. A pattern of official treatments were suggested but nothing begun. A large skin ulcer was not cleaned at any time but was heavily inaccessible bandaged in a septic state causing severe staph aurous blistering spreading and worsening the profusely exuding ulcer. Patient sought and was discharged.
