The staff are welcoming.
I used to love coming to this location for my kids doctors. I always liked the doctors and nurses, I could always get an appointment within a few weeks, I could always talk to the doctor about any concerns I might have. Now you have to schedule out 6 months, and you can't talk to anyone on the phone. I called this office to tell them I was going to be a few minutes late, and was on hold for 20 minutes. I pulled into the parking lot and was still on hold. There's an enormous amount of time to wait between the nurse and doctor, and then more time to wait if you have vaccinations. You see the doctor for maybe 5 minutes and now I just feel like they're in a rush and don't care.
I go nowhere but Cleveland Clinic. They have saved my life multiple times.
I really love my daughter’s doctor but I don’t like the other employees, especially the ones who takes the phone to make and appointment, they are very rude and like mad at patients i dont Know, and some nurses are just gossiping there.
I've always had positive experiences with everyone I've encountered. They are accommodating and helpful. I prefer to come here than to go places closer to home because I get the care I deserve in a timely manner.
We were asked to be a half hour early which we were. We then waited 2.5 hours to see the PCP ( NP Virginia Bruger) and nobody would give us any information except, “reschedule if you don’t want to wait”. It takes forever to get an appointment, you pay your copay in advance and these idiots don’t care if they see you or not! This wasn’t a routine appointment it was follow up to an emergency room visit, kidney, urologist, diabetic specialists visits for infection and kidney disease due to diabetes. This place has decided to put profit over patients! I guess it’s the new meaning of “world class care”!
Cleveland Clinic Foundation for World Class Care 🌎The Doctors and Technicians are always nice 😊
I’ve always had a bad experience with call center from the day my child first seen dr Dubinsky, I would call for advice caring for a newborn baby hoping to get advice from i dont know her actual pediatrician not a nurse on call.. but that’s Cleveland clinics protocol is to jump through hoops go through the phone, getting transferred then transferred again. Till one day I got fed up and was tired of my daughter crying everyday, fussy, and speaking to a nurse Pam that asks me a million questions prompted on her screen, that populated from a couple symptoms I mentioned, I took it upon myself to see another office and after 3 months of suffering as a mom no sleep, my baby was diagnosed with colic. After the nurse again told me my daughter is just a newborn this is normal, no I can’t get a dr visit, apparently that’s only for life and death situations because I could never get an appointment scheduled to see her actual pediatrician. Now today I receive a voicemail from the drs office, I return a call and again the fun phone pool you have to go through answers. They ask my name rather than the “patients” name this pertains to so they say sorry don’t see your name in the system.. I tell them the patients name, they repeat the last message sent to me… which I already know what it is because they just left a voicemail, I am calling back in response to this message.. they offer to send yet another message over to the office, so they can then call me back again, once again this is a game of phone tag, it’s just time wasted, I told the lady I am aware of the message that was sent to me, she proceeds to read it and scream the words at me over the phone. Then mumbles something to a coworker and puts me on hold. I don’t recommend this office to anyone, and have been looking for other offices to send my kid. I’ve never experienced such nasty behavior from any previous Cleveland clinic office I’ve worked for just this one. It’s unpleasant and not helpful for patients. Cleveland clinic does not listen to their patients, they are promoted a script even before you ask a question, it’s all protocol.
Waiting in the coffee shop, the mask police came around every 10 minutes, had to have your mask on while seated (alone) and drinking coffee....
Clean facility and equipment wait reasonable very friendly service

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
