Dr Ustin saved a family member's life when we were in Boston. My bother was in a really traumatic accident and EMS took him to Mass General where Dr Ustin took charge and provided rapid care. This was one of those times in which time was of the essense and a few minutes difference would have caused a very different outcome. Dr Ustin took him straight to the OR where after a 6 hour surgery to correct bleeding in his abdomen and also resected part of his liver as part of it was lacerated. Thank goodness my brother lived and has made a full recovery against the odds. Thanks to this gifted doctor we didn't have to bury my brother.
