The service that I received from Dr. Chad Gunnlaugsson was excellent this afternoon. Dr. Gunnlaugsson took the time to explain the root cause of my health condition and did it with the empathy that makes transformational leaders excellence succeed. He and his staff were very friendly and professional making Southeastern ENT a great place to be. They ensure that I was properly informed about my health and care, giving me very much-needed peace of mind. I would have no qualms in recommending them to relatives, neighbors, and friends.

Being 75 years old and having lived in three southern states, I have needed to visit numerous doctors' offices through the years.Recently when I went for my first appointment at Southeastern ENT, all the employees treated me like an old friend! I highly recommend this business for all of your ENT needs or questions. From the front desk to the nurses and the Dr.'s, top to bottom the friendliest, professional group I have ever encountered. In 3 years I have been coming, I have not had to wait in rooms past appt. times, they understand your time is as important as theirs.

I absolutely enjoy...lol... going for my office visits here. They are the epidemy of great service and professionalism. I feel like part of the family and so welcomed with each visit. They ensure that you are taken care of in a timely manner and generally care about your well being. I promise it's the same or better as going to Chic-fil-a....So Awesome!!! Five Stars for sure.

Amazing staff, Amazing Doctor, Amazing overall experience. Dr. G and his staff were wonderful. As a mom of a 4.5 year old,I worried about his tonsils, his speech and a possible tongue tie...Dr. G literally put me at ease and was so honest, helpful, truthful and honestly wonderful. I feel as though a weight has been lifted off me from the stress of trying to figure out what is best for my son and I have no doubt that Dr. G has his best interest at heart. 100% recommend them....can't say enough good things about this practice.

Staff is professional and super friendly. Dr.G helped me significantly with my allergies and sleep apnea. They are also punctual, which is refreshing and unusual for a doctor visit. I highly recommend Southeastern ENT! The reason I only gave 5 stars is because 10 isn't an option.

This review is completely based on appointment. So I had a discomfort and I was looking for an appointment where they gave me date after a week. Gradually after a day my discomfort got worse and I tried requesting them if they can squeeze me in any date closer. Though The lady over the phone was extremely polite but they kept on saying that don’t have any schedule available. So ya I know it’s not but when someone has a request to a medical provider you should atleast check with your supervisor or reporting doctor if they can, uttering the same sentence doesn’t help. In my case I wanted to seek an specialist hence I didn’t go to any urgent care but I found some other clinic who helped me to heal in a day. Later I cancelled my appointment.
