I suffered with a Deviated Septum for many years but was skeptical about having the surgery. I was referred to Dr. Scott Thompson by another provider who spoke of him highly. My initial visit with Dr. Thompson was both pleasant and informative. He provided me with the confidence I needed to schedule the surgery. After only 4 days of having the surgery, I can easily breathe through my nose without issue. The whole experience was truly a breath of fresh air. You can't even tell I had the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson and his awesome staff.

Dr. Scott Thompson has been my Ears, Nose and Throat Specialist for over four years. Several sinus, tinnitus and sleep apnea issues have been addressed and thoroughly explained. Dr. Thompson has performed treatments that have improved the quality of my health. I have full confidence in Dr. Thompson. I am very thankful to have Dr. Scott Thompson as my ENT specialist!

Dr. Scott Thompson is one of the best ENT surgeons in the US. He performed surgery on my right ear to correct a deficiency. Not only is he very highly skilled in surgical procedures, in addition, he: answered every question I could think of (& often came with my list!); helped me to find local specialty doctors (this was extremely thoughtful); was always reasonable with my care, explaining various issues in the ENT arena; personally cared about me as his patient, ie. calling to check up after procedures or phone calls; his bedside manner is impeccable as his words are kind and never condescending; did various in-office tests on the spot if I had a simple complaint; and is the embodiment of what one would wish for in an ENT & ENT surgeon. I strongly recommend Dr. Scott Thompson! His office staff are wonderful as well.

I don't know how long I've been seeing Dr. Thompson. Seems like forever! I initially saw 2 other doctors for my Meneiere's Disease and they were horrible. I actually looked him up online and I'm so grateful! Dr. Thompson is compassionate, professional, caring, empathetic and knows his stuff. Let me tell you how confident I am with Dr. Thompson. He's not in my insurance network, but I still see him because I trust no one else. He gives me correct information, keeps it real, explains my risks, and allows me to make a decision. He sugarcoats nothing. I have another surgery pending, and he is the only one I want doing it. I swear to GOD I trust him with my life.! Please do yourself a favor and make an appointment today! I promise you will not regret it. I had to also add that his entire staff is the bomb! Professional, caring, considerate, and so friendly! I will never go anywhere else!

Dr Thompson is a great dr he explains things so well and he knows what he’s doing and he makes you feel comfortable and he truly cares.

I am amazed how well my surgery went. I could not hear out of my left ear. After the surgery I could hear perfectly. I highly recommend Dr. Thompson, best experience I have ever had with a doctor, and I am 72 years old. Thank you Doc.

Dr thompson has been my ENT for well over 3 years. I have bilateral hearing loss and am essentially deaf. Dr Thompson worked with me regarding my apprehension my fear and after that time, I finally had cochlear implant surgery. Dr Thompson took great care of me. He is prompt about getting me in when needed. He is patient even when my toddler has to come to the office with me. He is just all around phenomenal. I look forward to continuing to be his patient and my next CI surgery.

This guy was suppose to do my daughter's surgery for a cochlear implant. She is 16 and a 12 year cancer survivor, brain cancer! And yes all that was in the book of paperwork I had to fill out...did he read it? Who knows. He wanted an MRI to see her inner ear and make sure everything looked good in it. So we did the MRI. He called me on a Friday afternoon around 1:45, the office closed at 2 on Fridays, and left a voicemail saying the inner ear looked fine but they seem a cyst on her frontal lobe. WTH! You dont leave a message like that on a mothers phone who's child had 2 cancerous brain tumors! So of course I called back and the office was closed. I had to sit and worry about this all weekend. When he finally called me back on Monday, all he had to say was he was sorry I felt the way I did. Really?

This was an excellent experience. Have been to several other ENT offices and this was so much better. Really impressed and would recommend them to everyone I know. Everything was beyond my expectations. They were friendly, thorough and really knew their subject matters. Both the audiologist and doctor were superior. Carol Grich
