Hello I just wanted to say that our experience at this Doctor office is always on time punctuality is great. All smiling faces, Nurses and Doctors, a receptionist are great,my husband and I love this Doctor office. Would I recommend anyone else to go there I SURE WOULD... KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK EVERYONE.. VERY NICE AND CONCERNED PEOPLE...

My experience with Dr Nolen is the greatest. He is a fine Dr and one that you can trust his opinion

My first encounter with Dr Nolen was a few years ago when he was located across the street from Walmart prior to him moving to Columbiana. I don’t get sick often but this year I’ve had to see Dr. Nolen on three separate occasions. First was for a simple COVID test, second was a few months ago for chest palpitations. They did perform a EKG that determined my heart was ok but they also prescribed me anti anxiety/depression medication (that I did not fill with my pharmacy) Most recent visit was last week for an arm injury that occurred when I fell while painting. The intern came in first, asked a bunch of questions and had me do several mobility tests and inquired about my pain level. His exact words: “On a scale of 1-10, 10 being a lion ripping your arm off what would you say” I said a 9, he then determined that I might have a torn my rotator cup but said Dr. Nolen would be right in to confirm. Dr. Nolen enters, didn’t ask a lot of questions but basically repeated everything the intern said then stated he would refer me to an ortho doctor for an MRI. Dr. Nolen typed something in the computer, then stood opened the door to leave. NOT ONE TIME did they even offer to do an X-ray on my arm, nor did they offer any type of pain management OR EVEN GIVE ME A SLING TO PUT MY ARM IN!!! (I ended up buying one myself from the CVS located near his office.) Now, maybe this type of injury an X-ray wouldn’t be the best course of action and the MRI would but explain that!! I didn’t go to medical school and shouldn’t have to “guess” or “assume” my doctor is doing what’s right to treat me, no explanation of any sort was given. And to make matters worse, I called last week to have Dr. Nolen give me a different ortho referral because the doctor (Wolf) he originally sent me to doesn’t have any openings that would work with my schedule. I waited all last week for someone to call me back, I called this morning only to find out that no one has been working on my ortho referral!! Are you kidding me!!! Keep in mind, I’m still in pain I don’t have full range of motion with my arm, so I’m just using MY SLING THAT I BOUGHT and taking over the counter meds for pain. Each interaction with this facility has been less impressive, maybe I need to find a physician that looks more like me that listens and is actually interested in helping their patients…not prescribing medication they don’t need and actually prescribing medications when they are in pain!!!!

Had a 2:45 appointment left at 4:30 pm.

Dr Nolen is a very good doctor. He takes the time to listen to you and help you. He knows what he is doing. Took me a while to find a great doctor and I did.
