Its funny how they think people dont need urgent care on the weekends The ER isnt for small things like possible ear infections its for big things like heart attacks and broken bonesYou really need to be open on the weekends as well

I love them. They really do their best to take care of me Even when they’re absolutely booked they give me a time to look forward to and do their best to work me in. Today specifically I feel they went above and beyond even though we don’t know what’s wrong with me they’re going to send in test to try and figure it out They do a great job at follow up and always give a when you can return to schoolwork without even being asked. All there staff are very nice and I feel they take me seriously. Plus the facility is brand new and looks amazing. I’m very thankful for their care

I have never had a good experience here I have went there 3 or 4 times ? I waa the 2nd one there before they even opened in line .she tells me to wait in car. And text the number to fill out paper workvery rude so i do that only to have it say there is no record of me checking in ? Aftter several attempts to get them to anwser she does to say im checked in ? I sit in my car 2 hours 20 min sick as a dog waiting? Calling them to never get a anwser again ?so i couldnt take the heat any longer and had ro go hime and they call me to come in not long after i got home ?? Its always the fromt workers and the ones giving instructions that are so rude ? The drs nurses are wonderful if u can get too them? Before dying? I was there for covid test I just dont understand making someone sick to wait that long when they were 2nd in line 20 people went in and out while i waited

I went for a suspected ankle injury at 355 this Sunday noting they are open until 5pm and did what the sign in the parking lot said “text to check in”. So I did it gave me three options one being Imaging which is what I presumed I needed. After checking in and waiting in the parking lot for 45 minutes now being a little after 430 I decided to painfully hobble to the door and ask if I was going to be seen. The lady informed me that they had stopped seeing patients a few hours before.Very disappointed as with all this covid the last place I want to go is the ER so I suppose I will wait until tomorrow. I will give the lady that helped me a star because she was nice enough and offered me a wheelchair to get back to my car.
