Best urgent care experience we’ve ever encountered. We were called back before I could finish filling out paperwork, the entire staff was excellent and informative and great with my young child, tests were completed quickly, and prescriptions were sent promptly. In and out within 20 minutes with exactly what we needed. Thank you!!

I visited this urgent care for complaints of a fever, cough and minor pain in my left ear. The Dr examined me and prescribed an antibiotic and a steroid shot and sent me on my way. Fast forward two days later both ears are now throbbing in pain and now my throat is hurting and my cough is not any better. So I go back up there in hopes that something could be done to help my symptoms. They said that I needed to give my antibiotics time to work but if I really wanted them to they could swab me for strep and send in a steroid for my ears. They swabbed me for strep and never even looked at my ears. I figured they just went ahead and sent in the steroids for my ears to my pharmacy (they never did) Fast forward two more days I decided to go to my primary care Dr and have them examine me and turns out I have two ruptured ear drums and the antibiotics urgent care prescribed me are not even used to treat ear infections. I would not recommend this urgent care as it seems they do not listen to their patients concerns after reading more reviews.

I went back to their office after being seen two days before and they turned me away. I said I couldn't breath and my lungs and throat were burning from constantly coughing. They said they wouldn't do anything different from the antibiotic and cough medicine that didn't help me at all. They said I needed time for the medicine to work. But no X-ray to see why I couldn't breath, no steroids for lung inflammation nothing. They didn't even take me back...they had the nurse kick me out even though I told her I had a lot of inflammation. She brush it off and said there was nothing else they could do. They didn't even check my oxygen before sending me away!!!!! I will never go back there or ever recommend them to anyone. I always went there bc they weren't busy...now I know why! I found out from another doctor that I have double pneumonia

My family and I have been here several times. Dr.Dodd is so kind and always takes his time to make sure he can help us in the best way possible. We are so thankful to have this urgent care. The staff and doctors are all very kind and helpful. We will continue to use them anytime we need to go to the doctor!

The lady at the front was rude. She could’ve told us we were going to have a $50 copay for a Covid test before we waited and filled out paperwork. Walked out, went down the road to AFC and got a free test and a wait time. Don’t spend your money or time here, better options around! ETA: My friends baby was misdiagnosed here, had to make an extra trip out of her way to BHAM. Her poor baby is in so much pain & looks pitiful! Do better!! Doesn’t get much worse than this! I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Do not use this facility. They are very rude and they do not listen to their patients! They need to learn to assess their patients before trying to run a bunch of unnecessary test! I took my child in for an ear infection and they wanted to do a rsv, flu and covid test. I said I did not want a covid test done. It was completely unnecessary. The nurse very rudely said we have to do it or we can't see him. They wouldn't even check his ears or listen to him. I said fine I'll just take him somewhere else. I took him to Huntsville Hospital Urgent care in Cullman and they were super friendly. They actually assessed my child and saw that he had a very bad ear infection and also listened to lungs. His lungs were clear. They did not try to run a bunch of test that were not needed.
