I had carpel tunnel surgery done ,and the staff was awesome, Dr's was awesome!!

Great service and knowledge with Dr. Ask questions and answered the way I could understand!!! Very satisfied!!!

Dr Bergquist did surgery on finger where I had sustained a gunshot wound. His demeanor was very unprofessional from the beginning. He started by telling me that I probably wouldn't be able to bend my finger any longer even after surgery. When I asked about joint replacements or artificial bone he said that they didn't make anything like that for the small bones in the hand. Totally untrue, maybe he hasn't heard of the internet. Then during my follow up visit I asked if he could change the pain meds that he gave me because they kept me from sleeping. He refused, saying that it wouldn't do any good because they are all pretty much the same. Maybe he was out the day they explained the difference. So I asked if maybe he could at least then give me something to help me sleep, again he refused because according to him that was a fall risk and could do more damage. I have never in my life. I told him I needed a brace or splint to keep my finger from closing at night because I have involuntary twitches so he put a hardening piece of gauze bandage across the top of my hand. That was surely going to keep my fingers from twitching downward. So I had the nurse take it off thinking I would just get one at the drug store. He then came out to where I was checking out to chastise me because he said I needed a brace and then huffed and agreed to put another on. Needless to say he will not touch my hand again. Quack

I had two hip replacements and my husband, aged 84, had one. I had no complications and recovered quickly. Dr. B answered all my questions completely. My husband had a broken hip as a result of a fall that was not diagnosed at a different hospital. Dr. B operated on him immediately and my husband was free of pain for the "first time in memory." He had arthritis and gout and suffered severely. Dr. B was very patient and answered all my concerns about the surgery. It could not have gone better.

He diagnosed and promptly scheduled surgery for ruptured Achilles tendon and heel fracture. Surgery was 9 days ago, and am doing well! As far as the Dr. Listening to his patients. This Dr. Knows THIS patient well. He knows I am a weenie, and hard headed, so he made sure I would keep off the injured foot by specially molding my cast ensuring I couldn't weight bear on it!

Dr. Bergquist is an awful Dr. Putting it nicely. He does not listen well doesn't explain things that great and does nothing to help with the problem. Guess what if I was not in pain that is very uncomfortable and UN bearing I would not have came to see you. Waist in my time and money

this doctor does not honor the oath. he is all about money. Unless the ER lied to me that he would see me despite no insurance. broken leg and cant walk, and this doctor does not care. just wants money. He took an oath to care for the sick and is not honoring it.
