I called to set an appt with Dr. McKnight, and his nurse always brushes me off and refills RX as if I did not need to follow up with him. The last time I was able to talk to him was last year, over the phone, with this nurse as a barrier, as always. When I could finally schedule an appt because I needed to see a doctor, they wait until a Friday to call and let me know he will be out for the week? Why schedule the appointment. I am tired of being passed around by doctors and their nurses acting like a d*** sin to want an appointment with a doctor for an annual check-up.

I spoke to a kim in scheduling she was extremely rude and unprofessional and practically yelled at me honestly , that is the reason why people have lost faith in the medical field , It's that lack of respect and bedside manner from the staff that really bother's a patient or anyone seeking answers or help for that matter . It's honestly a shame...... But shout out to a Tamika that spoke to me with respect and was helpful and professional by far the best employee there! She saved my no star rating to about a two

I gave it one star because I couldn’t give them zero. I’ve been here a hour for a simple drug screen and had been here already for a hour. It’s 4 people ahead of me who claims to have been here for almost 3hours waiting to be called. I’ve worked in labs for 10years including this very one and I’ve never seen anything like this. It does not take this long for a drug screen, I have no idea what they’re trying different but I hope this message gets to somebody that they need to stop or maybe it’s the lab girls fault idk but this is ridiculous and uncalled
