DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL BAD PATIENT CARE ! Careless and selfish staff! My grandmother had an appointment to get blood work done this morning, she was there on time and checked in while waiting two additional patients came in and checked in. They proceeded to call back the patients who arrived after my grandmother, assuming they were there for something different my mom patiently waited, as we have worked in Dr offices and she knows how things work. After waiting and waiting she decided to ask when she was going to be called back as they had been there a while and the worker said looked and said that she was next to be called back- when they FINALLY called her back my mother pushed her in THE WHEELCHAIR THAT BELONGS TO THE OFFICE to the appropriate room where they DID NOT PERFORM THE PROPER TESTS- when they were completed they attempted to push the wheelchair to the front but they could not get it through the door so they MADE MY GRANDMOTHER WALK AND CARRY HER OWN OXYGEN TANK TO THE WAITING ROOM. My grandmother has been sick since July, she is not in good health and she is in pain it takes a lot to get her to these appointments and it’s hard on her, the staff at this office was rude, ugly and careless. I’m truly disgusted at the experience we had here and I will make sure to tell everyone about it. I would like to speak to an office manager, I will be contacting the office and following up with their HR department or whatever it takes to be heard. This is shameful
My first encounter with TMC was for a Cat Scan and it was a smooth process.when I needed an MRI with and without contrast TMC was my first choice.yet my experience was far different. Check in was easy and fast, yet the tech reviewing intake was edgy and abrupt and tossed garments at me to change into. Head and neck MRI for sinuses was to be done, the ladies performing the test never explained what was about to happen and were very impatient, so having a covering over my face was unexpected and startling. I was instructed to press the emergency bulb placed in my hand only Once to end test. Due to the nature of my medical issues I began to have increased secretions and unable to clear them and was choking, and thus got panicky. I signaled to be released nearly at the end of the exam without contrast. The attitude and belittling demeanor of these ladies was appalling. They were Reinforcing that the test with contrast was most important, when I told them I was choking..they shouted commands to sit up, let me take the Iv port out., and then said come on I’ll show you out. They were angry in tone and manner and had total disregard to my well being even though I was coughing… I know it was late in the day, and not sure how their day had been, but all I kept thinking is that they were in the wrong job dealing with people whose dignity and well being should be preserved and respected. Shame on them!
I had ankle surgery at this location on 1/5/22. The doctors and nurses were great. However the “casking” department that cask my ankle must have been training someone new. This person left raw edges at the top of my cast that caused deep cuts and blisters around my calf and shin. I had to use a face towel to stuff around the top of the cask to help ease the cuts, blisters and leg pain. I wish that there was a way for me to show you the pictures I’ve taken. I will be communicating directly with the department, not to have anyone fired just to make the person more aware.
Great place to get surgery. Everyone was wonderful. Only issue I saw was the furniture was all torn apart in the waiting area.
Extremely unprofessional. They do not care about you at all. All they want is your money and your business. I do not recommend this place at all. I’ll never go to Thomas hospital ever again.
Went to visit a patient in micu. Security checked us in at ER entrance and directed us to go to the elevators around corner. We got off on second floor and waited there in a waiting area as instrucred. After 20 minutes no one had come out to take us in the micu. We went back to security to ck. if we were in the right area and were given the same instructions. We returned to the waiting area just outside the elevator and waited another 15 minutes till we flagged down and staff member whom informed us we were no where close to the micu waiting area. We eventually got to the appropiate area where our family were waiting and had 10 minutes to visit before visiting hours ended.
This is a review on the facility and the staff’s interaction with family, nothing more. If we have the choice of where to go for a procedure, we won’t pick this one again. 1. Waiting rooms are small but there is a large lobby area that has an abundant amount of the most uncomfortable chairs and benches. 2. If you are supporting a loved one for a procedure, expect to get little to no information from the nurses prior to the procedure. I got up with my husband to go with him when they called out our last name. The nurse stopped me and said “I’ve got to get him ready” and then just left. I’m sorry, it’s unacceptable behavior to require drivers for your patients but then give them no information. All I wanted was the basics - about how long, yes we have your number, you can wait outside, etc. 3. They tell you that the ridiculously large lobby is a place you can wait but when it’s time to call you back, they only call into the waiting area with a two second wait before running back into a locked door area. This happened to me twice even when I told them each time I’d be in the lobby. 4. Fox News is blaring from every TV. A less controversial channel would be more appropriate for a waiting room.
Had an appointment at 2:30 but did not see a nurse to get me checked in until 3:35. After all the redundant paper shuffling and questions (that were already in the computer from my last visit 3 months ago), a blood sample and COVID test. I was free at last at 4:07. On the positive side all the nurses and admin people were quite gracious and professional.
My dad had to have a PET scan. The staff there in the diagnostic center were superb! From the security officers to the office personnel and technicians. They were great with my dad who has trouble hearing. I also noticed how great they were with other older people. One security officer even wheeled a gentleman in and assisted him with his sign in as his daughter parked the car.
REALLY long wait times. They will schedule you for a time. Then have you wait over an hour to be seen. This has happened both times I have been there. What is the point of an appointment, so you can sit at wait for an hour (in a small room during a pandemic) Rippandemic

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
