Was really hoping she would be able to provide real advice, offer different ideas/possible solutions to try, etc. Sadly, none of that happened. Seems like a decent person, highly do NOT recommend her for solutions to your health concerns.

I wish I could turn back time and not have gone to this appointment. Complete waste of time and money. Offered no authentic help for the presenting issue. Nice person, but nothing in that appointment was helpful or something I wasn’t already told or read on my own. Very disappointing.

I found her to be down to earth, take time to explain and to listen. I have had several sleep doctors over the past 30 years, and am very pleased with her care.

She helped me with my sleep apnea (she recommend a cpap machine) and was very friendly.

While Dr. Noel is very personable/friendly, getting hold of her staff is almost impossible. And getting refills on a medication is also very difficult. My pharmacy has tried for over a week to get a prescription renewal and there is no response from the office. This is very distressing especially when this med is needed to prevent seizures.

Office doesn't return calls. Issues are pushed off onto other doctors so she doesn't have to deal with them. Go elsewhere.

I have had nothing but good experiences interacting with Dr. Noel. She listens well and covers options when questions are asked . This is much appreciated when some specialists have not really listened and ordered a treatment not really fitting the problem. She also has the very rare trait of being cognizant that medicines can have side effects not listed on the back of a brochure--this is very important for those with neurology/sleep-related issues who may act to prescriptions differently.

I would give negative stars if it were an option. Save yourself and go elsewhere. Not willing to help manage insomnia issues even though she’s a sleep doctor?

The perfect blend of professional and personal. Dr. Noel is both competent and confident. Wholesome... and very helpful. Besides being knowledgeable, the most important trait to me is humanness... a trait many doctors have lost out of fear perhaps. She's secure with who she is. I didn't feel rushed... it was almost like talking to a friend.
