Services was good and helpful...but expensive. Summit does not accept clear springs medicare. Thanks the next visit was extremely slow and I was first in line with 2.00 appt and wasn't called til 2.50 pm about 8 people went in front of me smh.

Summit Spine and Joint cares about their patients wellbeing and health care journey. Every time I have went into the office for an appointment they ask questions about how I’m doing and feeling and how can they help me get better. They listen and this has been the best experience I’ve ever had since moving to South Carolina. I have been in the healthcare industry for over twenty years and this is the best experience I have had in a doctor’s office. They make me feel like they care and concerned about my health and getting me to my full potential. I would refer this office to anyone whose needs are “ just listen “. They care and it even shows through the office staff not just the Physician. Dr. Hamilton has been a great doctor, he didn’t wait, he provided care and gave me options the minute I came to my first appointment. The only issue I have ever had was returning phone calls after a procedure. The great thing about this is that they do a follow up with a call a week later to check on you to see how everything went and if you need anything. I know they are busy with other patients and we are human. Human aren’t perfect we all make mistakes. there’s ONE Who is perfect and HIS NAME IS JESUS. Overall, I don’t have any issues with this office.
