Visit was ok everyone very nice and courteous. But not enough explanation of why there is fluid on my lungs. I mean what caused it? Said would give meds after labs. Then labs didn’t qualify?? What does that mean? Have to come back in for any explanation?! I live 2 hours away. Just give me answers please

Dr Purvis diagnosed a condition that others had totally missed!Not only that...it was not his area of expertise.

He let me down as a veteran. Told me he would not sign my medical form for the VA based on his treatment because it was not medically necessary ... unbelievable. Disgraceful and I can not trust him.

I was his patient. I an a veteran and asked him to sign my VA forms for COPD and Sleep Apnea that were from HIS files. I can not add this to my VA medical history without the signature. He said he would not sign the forms because he didn't think it was medically necessary - so according to him my medical history is of no account. This is about as stupid as it gets. How arrogant and disconcerting is this guy - NEVER ever could I count on him or his judgment ... I am done with him forever.

Awesome doctor and staff with great service. I saw Dr. Purvis and his team for a few years, from 2012-2015 for my sleep apnea and asthma.

My experience with Dr P was Great, but now that I'm having problems breathing and the appt desk says that he is only seeing new patients ----REALLY---WHAT ABOUT SEEING ESTABLISHED PATIENTS?!! I own an est., business (38 yrs) and I would never treat my customers in this manner?! I would like to see Dr P! I have to close my business down to come up to Dothan from Marianna and the appt desk said that I could see a Nurse P on June 30?! I Would like for Dr P to read this! Your patient--J.S. Brewer
