Allsouth Urgent Care Clinics's Online Review Report Card

Went in for an eye injury, there were only a few other people in the waiting room. After about 15 minutes they brought me back and took vitals and put me in an exam room. After an hour of not being seen we asked what was going on and was told there were somehow 3 people still in front of me so we left. There's nothing urgent about this place. Don't waste your time.

I only came for a physical and fit test for work. Last week I sat in the lobby for an hour and had to leave. I returned today and have been in this lobby for 2 hours. This is not urgent care. Each time only 2 other people in the lobby to be seen besides me. I will be returning to the urgent care on the east side of dothan. They are a lot quicker.

I was seen there in September of 2021. I have BlueCross BlueShield Insurance and this ill-bred person rejected my insurance not handling it in the professional manner by excepting my doctor referral causing me to pay $325.00 out of pocket. UAB Hospital has recording and notes giving me proof of the matter and she mislead me for months with her lies and deceitfulness. She has no concern about another person livelihood or their needs. She only care for her own not how it hurts others. If she would have done her job, then this wouldn't have costed me and my family money we didn't have to pay! Remember if it wasn't for the patient these people wouldn't have a job. We help sign their paychecks and they continue to take and take because that is all we are to them a paycheck!

Absolutely ridiculous. Showed up at 9:30 and was told to come back at 12 to be seen. Showed up and sat in the parking lot for 2 and a half hours before being called in. Was tested for strep and Covid, then told to wait in the car again. Waited until 4 pm to be told to take a Zyrtec. Wasted a whole day.

Came in with UTI symptoms. Apparently they did not actually look at my sample and just did a bacterial culture. They told me after I had to call them MULTIPLE TIMES that I did not have a UTI based on the culture. Said I would need to visit my primary care provider and a specialist. Went to my primary care provider a week later. The PCP told me there was blood in my urine when they examined it under a microscope and heightened white blood cells. The nurses were also incompetent (one didn't know how many doses of medication my prescription was) and rude (brushed me off). If my UTI had continued untreated, I could have gotten a worse infection or gone into sepsis. Don't go here if you value your health. I am shocked at the utter incompetency.

I highly recommend them. My daughter was having an reaction and they brought her right back and was attentive. The doctor followed up later to see how she was doing

I am a 72 yr old woman that just moved to the Dothan area. I was unpacking and cut my finger and I new immediately it would require stitches. I located the AllSouth Urgent Care on Ross Clark Circle and was seen with 30 mins of arriving. Dr Brad Nance was able to stitch my finger and at the same time made sure that I was comfortable and pain free. He was extremely kind and caring. Nurse Connie Parrish was just as nice as she assisted in the procedure and had me in and out within an hour. I was totally amazed at the level of professionalism and kindness that I received. Couldn't have been a better experience. Not to mention the cleanliness of the facility. Would highly recommend!!!

I go here whenever I get sick. Everybody is very nice and knowledgeable. They make you feel at home. I can't speak highly enough about the staff, everybody from the people working at the front desk, the nurses, and the doctors are incredible and I will continue going there whenever I get sick.

Mr. Nance and Amber were absolutely amazing. Professional, kind and efficient! I highly recommend Allsouth!

Worst doctors office i have ever visited. They will not let you see the doctor if you are sick. They will not set you up an appointment for covid test. Instead they expect you to fight tooth and nail for a time slot at precisely 745am.The old man doctor is homophobic too. Last year i requested an hiv test and he proceeded to lecture me about how i have no business being sexually active since i dont have a 'wife'. Not a healthcare 'professional'.
