Dr Williams is a great doctor, awesome bedside manner and professional. His nurses are also a reflection of his caring and compassionate nature. On the other hand, the office staff are so unorganized and unprofessional. They are not discreet in discussing patients financial business such as co pays and other personal patient matters with them. The waiting area is small and you hear everyone's personal business relating to their account. Sometimes there is little to no clarity about co pays, insurance payments and overall balances. It's not unusual to be told you owe nothing for one visit and then you owe a fortune on another due to some new policy change or dumb adjustment. I've never seen so much inconsistency in all of my life. Otherwise, Dr Williams is a real jewel. But his business office staff needs to get it together.

The doctor refused to see his patient that was late by 7 minutes because parking and making it to the office took a few extra minutes on crutches.

Dr. Stated I must be hurting in my back from pulling a muscle. Not from the 4 stones showing on my Ct scan. I was quite shocked.

First urologist I've seen, and I wish every Dr. was like him! His office staff was friendly, everything was very prompt (I waited less than five minutes after signing in), he was an empathetic listener and took care of my issue. First class!

Dr Williams listened very carefully, asked appropriate questions and did a great job during my appointment. His staff was first class, and they follow up paperwork was done exactly as promised!

I walked in and the office staff was very pleasant. I didn’t not even complete my paperwork before I was called back to see The doctor. Dr. Williams was very prompt and professional. He told me what I needed to know and answered by all my questions.

This doctor was not interested in listening to my history or my problems and he discounted what I said. Instead of taking proactive measures to get to the root of my problem he basically looked at me like I was there for pills or something. What a waste of time. If you have a problem which isn't cut and dry I do not recommend this doctor.
