Staff needs treat patients with respect and not assume everyone smokes and drink because of race , gender or age. The nurse came across as to me as rude and probably had not reviewed my health records at all. She informed she was assisting another staff member. In fact I even explained to her that I didnt smoke . Supposedly she tells every patient this . I find that hard to believe.I think you should be nice and smile or at least try irregardless of the of what was happening before I arrived. I am sure it didnt involve me. Leave your problems at the door and do your job and be professional and watch your lips.

HeartSouth is and has always been 5 Star at each examination and or ordered testing. Dr Aliabadi saved my life more than once. He also saved my spouses life who never had hypertension, diabetes or high Clorestal. He had a slight change in his EKG, took him to the Cath Lab and ended up sending him yo UAB hospital Birmingham for double by pass surgery. By the way my spouse was a ER physician for 26 ...

I Love Them. I Always tell People that I have a Amazing Medical Team and I do have a team and I Love All of My Doctors and Health Teams. I know They All were Heaven sent to Me. Dr. Aliabadi and His Team are Amazing! They treat You like You’re Family to Them and like They care. They aren’t afraid to touch You to check You out and that definitely makes a difference because I can remember having a couple of Doctors years ago that act as if They were afraid to touch Me and I did not like that, but not at Dr. Aliabadi’s Office You won’t get that. They responds to You before the Day is out and if You need something done They even take time out of Their busy schedule to get it done for You before the day is out and that means a lots. I Love Dr. Aliabadi and The Whole Team. I will stand with Them anytime. They are Truly Heaven sent. I Love You All.

My father has been a patient of Dr Aliabadi for years. No matter how many times he has requested to see his dr he is always put with the Nurse Practitioner. A few months back, my father was in the office and they were going to send him home with heavy fluid buildup. Luckily I was there and a former medic and read his ekg. He had a heart block and needed to be admitted. Nurse practitioner was going to send him home. Once again, no sign of the dr. Most recently, he was admitted to hospital with fluid and can’t breathe. Called dr office no response. Still haven’t heard from him and he’s been in the hospital now for over a week where we had to admit him ourselves. Not once has he heard from his so called heart dr. This office needs to get their act together. Thankfully he has a caring general practitioner in Dr Miller, cause he’s taken exceptional care of him when his heart dr has failed him. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this office.

He was very thorough and reassuring. Both doctors (Dr. H. Crutchfield) were present and made me feel very confident of their treatments.

Dr. Aliabadi is an excellent doctor. The best in my opinion. Been seeing him a long time. Had a stent put in back in August 2020.

Dr. Aliabadi and ALL his staff at Hearts South are outstanding in their field. They truly care about their patients. I highly recommend them for any heart related issues. His PA, Hollie Crutchfield is also very knowledgable and caring. Moreover, his nurses, secretaries, and staff are absolutely the best!

Dr. Aliabadi is highly rated in the community and cardiology field for good reason. His staff, to include front office, technicians, nurses, and nurse practitioners all seem top-notch, as well. I suspect that this is not by happenstance. During a visit for a stress test, I observed exceptional professionalism and efficiency by the staff and technicians. On a side note that illustrates the understanding that the office offers: I was offered juice and crackers following my stress test (conducted after fasting). Hospitality, along with bedside manner. Refreshing. Additionally, they used innovative technology methods to conduct an online follow-up appointment that facilitated “social distancing” at a time when it was needed. Thank you for being an exceptional asset to our community.
