Apparently, asking for the documentation you are signing that you've read is a problem here. I'm not signing my name, claiming to have read information that you don't provide. Completely unprofessional secretary working the front desk. I am extremely disappointed with the service and my time being wasted here. I won't be back.

Dr. Lopez is an incredible gyn who is thorough and professional.His office staff is helpful and works hard. I do recommend arriving 15 -20 min early as the office can be busy. Highly recommend!

I am in my first trimester and unable to hold down any liquids or solids. I just spoke to a medical assistant who recommended Emetrol, when I asked her if it was safe in the first trimester she then said no, eat salted crackers. I reminded her I am unable to hold solids down and in my first trimester and she went on to say “it’s common sense I’m pregnant because I’m calling an OB clinic”. Seems like the medical assistant lacked common sense recommending the wrong medication and refused to ask a doctor to call me. She was actually recommending something that may not be safe and has the nerve to talk about common sense. A medical assistant! Do not go here if you’re looking for proper care and to actually see a Doctor!

This office is the worst it saddened that I have to keep going there for my pregnancy. After my baby is born I will never go there.

This office is extremely unprofessional. My daughter is a first time mother and has been seeing them for prenatal care. The staff is always in a bad mood or giving attitude and seem to be bothered anytime a question is asked. She (My daughter) came in with concerns and the Doctor said "Well, what do you want me to do about it?!". My daughter then replied "never mind". The doctor noticed her frustration which then prompted the doctor to address the concern. Whenever urine samples need to be taken, it is done so in a plastic cup and the names are written in black sharpie. On one occasion my daughters urine sample had been "lost" and she had to do it again. She is too far into her pregnancy to change Doctors and unfortunately is limited due to her coverage. But to those in search of an OBGYN... look elsewhere!
