I have been seeing Dr. Middleton for many years & he is a wonderful doctor. Obogyn visits are always so awkward, but he has never made feel uncomfortable. I'm going through some tough times right now dealing w/Endometriosis & he is not a doctor that will just brush me off. He has & is trying everything possible to help me. Need a great Obogyn, then go see Dr. Middleton!
Dr. Guy Middleton is a great Doctor. I recently had a total hysterectomy July 2016 & he was very patient with me. He offered advice but he still let me make the decision. He walked me through the entire thing. Before surgery & followup visits. He was always very sweet, nice, & gentle. He made my hubby & I very comfortable in our choice. My surgery didn't last but a couple of hours. He & his team kept my husband informed the entire time. He's the best!!! Love Dr. Middleton. Thanks for everything!
Military wife and I hate switching gyn 's. I was nervous going to Dr Middleton after having such an awesome doctor in Colorado. However he was great. Listened, answered questions, gave great feedback. It was an hour wait to see him and I'm hoping that's not the norm.
Dr. Middleton is the absolute best! He's the ONLY dr. in this practice that was on board with supporting my desire for a vba2c. He truly looks out for the best interest of both mom & baby. I know without a doubt I couldn't have achieved my vba2c without his help & support!
2011: He left piece of placenta inside the womb, and was not attentive while I continued to bleed for 2 days. Several bags of blood were given to keep me alive. Family members walked outside to find him with his feet on his desk, texting. Then they had to demand that he find the problem, because I was turning grey. After 3 days the bleeding slowed, but didn't stop. During all this time his diagnosis was that I had a blood disorder that I wasn't aware of, and that was why I was supposedly bleeding.... 2 weeks later, after continuously seeking help, and still slowly bleeding, the piece of placenta, that he didn't remove, caused me to hemorage. Luckily I was near the hospital and was rushed there immediately by my mother. They wheeled me into the operating room as I began to code, and Doctor Ellen Phillips, who is amazing, was able to pull the placenta out and stop the bleeding. She saved my life. All of this because he refused to do a D and C..... 2015: We had Phillips again as our doctor, but she was away, so we were stuck with him again. He sent me home dehydrated while pregnant TWICE. I had a throw up bug that I couldn't shake and had to go to the emergency room multiple times, and he wouldn't keep me there. Discharged me, sick, at 4am.... Later I had my child through c-section, and he was there for the recovery. He tried to send me home after 48 hours, with my blood levels being off, bad vertigo, and iron being extremely low. To top it off this man gave me my prescriptions, knowing I was going out of town to be with my premature baby, and didn't sign them... He is a terrible doctor and I recommend you avoid him if you value yours or your child's life.
Worst experience with a doctor I ever had. I almost died twice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
