Dr. Payne is AWESOME!

I changed to Dr Payne because of His beliefs on our current healthcare situations, I absolutely am impressed with the office and staff and He is an excellent caring Doctor. Professional, & beautiful office.

Dr Payne and his staff are amazing. I'm a foreign in Albany and they made me feel so comfortable (physically and emotionally) about being pregnant away from my home country and during a pandemic. I always feel taken care of, everybody is very nice and pleasant. Even after I had my baby they kept on being supportive and helpful. I have no words to thank them about that.

Dr Payne and the staff at this facility are absolutely amazing! He was a huge part of saving my life and my unborn baby's life. I am so thankful for him!

Dr Payne is the best doctor in town, he cares about his patients and does his best to help them out, I had issues for 2 years and no doctor could figure out what was going on untill I finally saw dr Payneh, he found out my problem from my 2nd visit and he is doing his best to help me, he treats his patients like family, he has a great personality and would do anything he can to help you out, he also has the best staff. HE IS THE BEST.

I would recommend Dr. Payne and his staff to anyone who is seeking obstetrics and gynecological care. All the staff members are warm and friendly to patients. They do not make you feel rushed or as if they are in a hurry to move on to the next patient, instead they take their time and answer any and all questions you have. I have been a patient of Dr. Payne's for 2 years now and wouldn't change a thing. I am currently pregnant and see one of the midwives in the practice and she is amazing.

He treats his patients like they are family. If you are looking for an extended family through the amazing journey of pregnancy; South West Georgia OBGYN is definitely the place to go. If it wasn't for Dr. Payne my little girl would be here today.

I have been a patient of Dr. Payne for over two years now. He is an excellent Dr. I have decided to leave his office do to the office manager. I scheduled an appointment a year ago, 2014. I was called the day of my appointment to remind me that my appointment was that morning at 8:00 keep in mind that it was already 8:15 am when I was notified. I explained I was not aware that I had the appointment at the time. I reschedule for a later date. I received a bill for $35. This was bulled to me because I missed my appointment. I explained that I never confirmed that I would be there because I never received a reminder. I was told I still owed the $35. I will pay the $35 because I dont need this on my credit history but I never received a call and office manager is basically telling me that I did. I have no reason to make false statement and feel that what I have expressed is not being heard. So, with all this being said, I have decided to go elsewhere for treatment. Dr. Payne is a great Dr.... BUT I cant deal with his office manager. I never confirmed, this appointment that I made a year ago, so why am I being charged? My issue...

Dr. Payne is a wonderful doctor! He is very caring and takes extra time for questions and concerns. . All of his staff are very friendly and they always make me feel at ease. He gives ,much time and care to his patients. He is the very best OBGYN in South Georgia, for sure!!!

Dr Payne is the best Dr ever! He did an outstanding job all through out my pregnancy. Made me comfortable and always listened to my concerns and was amazing. He even allowed my husband to participate in the birth of our son. The most memorable event ever! He also did my hysterectomy and I had no pain whatsoever! He's the best!
