Best by far he answers every question and has a great bed side manner very caring doctor even talk to you like a person he makes an uncomfortable experience easier

He’s Amazing! Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever been too. I wish he could be my doctor for everything and my daughter too. He set the bar far to high that I can’t seem to find any pediatrician I’m happy with currently. Doctor Scott delivered my first baby and made the scariest day to me so comforting, and slightly comical with his witty Sense of humor. Him and his team are always very thorough in explaining all plans of action. I knew I had a great doctor when I even heard nurses from different units rave about how great he is. I moved here from Tampa knowing no one and was not very sure I would find anyone who compared to my doctor there. Boy was I wrong. He blew my expectation out of the water, I liked my doctor in Tampa but dr.scott became a doctor I would send everyone I love too if I could. I plan to move from the area and my biggest upset is the fact I will have to leave this doctor. He’s simply the best. You can’t go wrong with him. I will say my first visit the receptionist at the front rubbed me the wrong way. But don’t let that push you away. It gets better and you will never regret sticking it out once you meet and have him as your OBGYN.

Very sweet and concerned. Answers any questions my husband and I had. My two year old son loves going to appointments because he plays with my son and includes him during the appointments.

Horrible. He has no real concern. He doesn’t talk to his patients. I won’t spend another dime to see him he does nothing for me except make you feel awkward and like you’re wasting time!

I was referred to Dr. Scott by my usual gynecologist (Dr. Lazenby) to perform my surgery. Although he performed my surgery well, he acted as though I irritated him when I would as him questions about the procedure or my healing. The week after my surgery I was in alot of pain and came to the office to see him and he asked me if I had any questions. I said no and the visit ended in less than a minute. I thought he was going to check to see how the incisions on my stomach was healing but he did not. He could have asked me that over the phone or through Web cam, it would have saved both of us time. I tried to schedule my last post op appointment with Dr. Lazenby but the ladies that schedule the appointments said I had to see him because he performed my surgery. I did not make a fuss about it because I just had one more appointment with him. On my last appointment, he still acted nonchalant and when I tried talking about pains I was still having, he acted unresponsive so I stopped talking and was happy this was my last visit with him. I had been reading his reviews and other patients state how attentive he was with them, so I am thinking maybe I was treated this way because I am not his regular patient, just a surgery referral.

I had my daughter at the SAMC in September 2011 and still rave about Dr. Scott, I absolutely loved him! He was gentle, compassionate and truly made my first pregnancy, labor and delivery a great experience.

Dr. Scott really listened to me and my concerns. Everything was explained so I could know what was going on. He didn't just rush in and then out as many doctors have. I like his gentle nature and the fact that he doesn't act like he is a god. Explained how the procedure would be taken care over a period of time.
