Beyond floored with the incompetence of the staff here. My grandfather is dealing with a life-threatening condition and upon his release from the emergency room, was scheduled for a follow up with Dr. Joshua Bentley on 11/22. I called to confirm the appointment, and they told me no appointment was ever made. The earliest appointment is on 12/20 - a month later!!!!!!!! This completely defeats the purpose of a follow up. A month is too long for us to know if my grandfather needs emergency brain surgery or not. Beware: patients here are treated like garbage and no one in the office cares if you live or die.

I’ve never felt more rushed. He spent 10 minutes with me max and wasn’t listening to me. Was in a big hurry to send me somewhere else.

I just love Dr Bentley and his health care team!!! If I ever needed surgery again I would definitely go to him no holds barred!!! Dr Bentley has a great bedside manner and he would be my go-to neurosurgeon!!! Godspeed to you and your family Dr Bentley. :-)

The best neurosurgeon you'll ever find! He is such a caring and attentive doctor with only your best care in mind. He takes the time to explain everything to you and has a great beside manner. I leave a big city and drive many hours for his care.

I can't say enough words of praise for Dr. Bentley and his incredible team at Southeast Health! Early one morning a few weeks ago, my husband Bill had a full stroke that completely paralyzed his left side. He was taken by fast-acting paramedics to Southeast Health, where Dr. Bentley performed a thrombectomy, a procedure that removed a blood clot from his brain. Amazingly, by that afternoon Bill had regained control of his left side, and by the next morning he was walking around the hospital and was released to go home that day. We shudder to think what the rest of his life could have been like had his left side remained paralyzed. Our family's gratitude to Dr. Bentley and his team is boundless, and we feel so blessed to have this procedure available right here in the Wiregrass at Southeast Health!

Dr. Bentley and nurse Shelby was very professional. Explained to me everything I needed to know. He treated me like he honestly cared. I had some questions after and called Shelby answered everything I needed to know. Highly recommend this team.

Very good Doctor!!! Really tries to explain medical terminology to the normal person that’s not in the medical field ...He has done a fantastic job with me and my healing after I had a accident at work and my C2 was fractured...I highly recommend this neurosurgeon !!!!
