Pleasant, caring bedside manner aside Dr Tavarez is so knowledgeable and competent. She never seems hurried. I recommend her to everyone.

I was given a 2 week notice when I found out that my family and I were moving Dothan. I'm in good health but have some issues that require medication and I like to to stay on top of things when it comes to my mental, physical and spiritual health. This being said, having a good doc is about as important as it gets, for my peace of mind any way. As soon as we got to Dothan,I started the dreaded task of finding a new doc when Dr. Tavarez was mentioned by a neighbor. Surely this is not gonna work being the 1st doc's name I've heard in a city that has thousands. Long story short->As far as docs go, they don't come any better than Dr.Tavarez. She never rushes me, always easily contacted if I have an emergency, refilling meds are easily done and promptly. Her "bedside manner"is OUTSTANDING. She makes me feel important, heard & just talking to a friend. I'm so blessed to have her as my primary!

I have been seeing Dr. Tavarez-Olmos for several years, she is very polite and always takes the time to listen to her patients. I have recommended her to several family members and friends, they thanked me for it !!!

My mom has been going to Dr. Tavaraz for many years. Dr Tavaraz gave my mom the wrong diagnosis and was treating her for copd (which she did not have) my mom soley had lung cancer. We found out she had lung cancer 3 wks ago and now my mom is dead. The bad thing about it my mom would tell Dr. Tavaraz the oxygen is not working and that her chest felt very tight Dr. Tavaraz never did a scan and just said it's because of your copd she never even had copd. Her cancer was a catastrophic mess.
