List of Parks W. Pratt Iii's Reviews
Staff was very nice. Doctor very knowledgeable and pleasant. Did lab at office and did not send me a report nor give me any diagnosis.
I have paperwork fthat needs to be filled out for Social Security for my disability case, but doctor's office said that they don't fill out paperwork. Said that my lawyer is supposed to fill it out, but the lawyer said that it has to be filled out by the doctor. This was my follow up visit and doctor spent like 15 minutes with me and determined there was nothing more he could do for me and still ...
I waited 5 months for an appt with him, only because he was closer to where I live and he was rude, did not listen. He basically told me there was nothing he could do about the severe pain I was feeling. He also didn't believe that having a flare was real. He offered no help and I left feeling worse than I did before I arrived.
Very Rude and discouraging to patients who are in extreme pain. Would not recommend to anyone.
He seemed genuinely concerned about my rheumatoid arthritis on the first visit but second visit it was an in and out. Didn’t listen to me when I explained I still had pain, his response was well it’s not as puffy! It still hurts! Nurse staff doesn’t care that I cannot get medication I’m being prescribed, expect me to drive 80 miles to get it! I wouldn’t bring my dog to this place.
I saw Dr Pratt after being referred due to a positive ANA and other symptoms - referred by another doctor. He basically told me that my labs were bogus and that nothing was wrong. I showed him a rash that I had for several months and he told me to keep an eye on it. Unfortunately rheumatologists are few and far in between but I will find another one, even if I have to drive far away.
Dr Pratt did a thorough exam and explained the findings well. His treatment recommendations were pretty standard but, there were no recommendations for dietary or lifestyle changes, and this disappointed me. I prefer to be proactive with any health issues.
Dr. Pratt is very experience he took time out to talk to me to tell me what was going on how we was going to do it and if anything that changes him and Doctor McKinley stay in touch with each other about my health and my concerns. I'm very please with my care that dr. Pratt has given me he's good about let me know the outcome of tests or anything that comes up with my blood work which is very considerate to me. I just thank God for all that dr. Pratt does for me I always put God first and anything that I have done when I visit any physician's office. Thanks Anner Johnson
Dr. Pratt’s appointment clerk hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. Told me they are booked until August. I just said I’ll have to find another doctor and she said good luck, you’ll have to go to Birmingham. WOW, you need Customer Service Training!
Over talks his patients..won't listen to what you have to say..he tells you how you feel instead of you telling him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
