Dr. Rao is very kind and excellent bed side manners. He listen to the patients and spouse about there concerns. He explains the treatment clearly . I 'm so thankful that we were able to found a doctor in this field that know how to treats us with respect and kindness.

Dr Rao is wonderful and explains everything that could be a problem as well as the solution to the problem. Tabitha calls back very soon after you leave a message for her. She also does an excellent job. BTW Dr. Rao was recommended by my Dr. he treated my Dr's family.

I saw him ONCE as a patient and when I went back to take my father-in-law to see him again he asked ME if I had gotten a specific procedure done as scheduled. (Performed by a Gastro doctor) In other words, after only one visit with him as a patient he actually remembered that I was supposed to have had a procedure done the week before and even remembered the specific procedure!

The visit was a very prompt recall after a test at the hospital. Dr. Rao was very through and explained in details about every thing he discussed with me. The nurse listened and laughed with me as I answered her questions. I felt extremely satisfied with the overall evaluation. I appreciate the excellent service I received from this doctor and staff.
